Collecting Seeds Erigeron

I'm wanting to collect seed from this Erigeron K (not sure how to spell K) I have noticed the flowers turn into fluffy seeds (reminds me of dandelion seed) and then is left with a hard brown seed, so which of these do I need to collect please. Also do I deadhead to prolong flowering. This was a plug plant last spring and has got going really well this year. I have heard it self seeds easily but I would like to collect seeds as well. Thanks

the little hard brown bits are seed, the fluff is the transport system.
I let mine seed then dig up the seedlings if I need some elsewhere
