Help with leafless beetroot!

Something has eaten all the leave from my beetroot over night, will the beetroot continue to grow or should I just harvest them now?

I'd harvest them. It's getting to the end of the growing season and they aren't going to do anything spectacular without any leaves. Who knows, whatever ate the leaves might come back for the rest of the plant.

I have lost beetroot seedlings to pigeons. Wood pigeons in particular, but homing pigeons from the man next door joined in.

Thanks folks, I will be pulling them today. They were an expearement this year, grown in my old flower fountain, so any crop is extra and lessons learned for next year!
