Pruning Plum trees

When is the latest I can prune a victory plum tree because some of the weakest branches have still plums on,which could snap next year if its another good one like this year.Regards Peter.

    The moment you have picked the plums would be the last suitable time really.

    Thanks pansy Face,sorry to hear about your eyesight I hope it will improve,they can do a lot of things these days to improve your eyesight.How are your crops doing this year mine have done a lot better we have had a lot more rain and growing conditions this year than last year.

    Not much to be done about the eyes but the gall bladder is in excellent shape, I believe.😊

    Tomatoes have done well.
    Runner beans a wash out. Six. As in six pods. Composted now.
    Plums are going for gold. 
    Apples so so.
    Pears looking good but I’m too far north and too high up really so the wildlife always enjoys them.

    Don’t grow anything “in the ground” as it is always dug up and eaten by some passing creature. 😊
