House plants compost

in Plants
I am off to the GC today and as these need repotting ( not the flytrap) I was wondering what would be best to buy.
As I don't know what the one on the right is and the one on the left is some type of fern I was thinking something moss or leaf based. Thanks for any help.

There's no such thing as John Innes or Levington's formula composts here so I buy the best I can. If I'm potting succulents I then add a bit of grit to improve drainage and ferns get a bit of multi-purpose added to help with moisture retention but then I don'thave ferns that like dry conditions at their feet.
When I water house plants, I put the pots in a big sink in the scullery and water well then leave to drain completely before they go back in their cache-pot. Seems to work.
