Hi guys. why are my plum tree leaves going yellow like this ?

It looks like plum tree rust.
Not much you can do except gather up the fallen leaves and remove them from the site.
Try to maintain an area of open ground around the tree trunk to prevent grass growing up around it.
Try to keep the area around the plum tree on the dry side.
Apophthegm - a big word for a small thought.

Looks like plum rust. Keep the ground under the tree clear, rake up and burn the leaves when they fall. Mulch under the tree to supress any fungal spores and help prevent reinfection.
