Have you grown Kirengeshoma palmata?

I have just bought a Kirengeshoma, after a long search trying to find a supplier in my area.
I know they like lime-free conditions in a sheltered, shady, or partial shade, position.
I have seen them growing in the grounds of various Country Houses and in the Nursery where I made my purchase, but I would like to know of any successes/failures in a garden situation.
Has anyone any feedback, please?

Have grown Kirengeshoma palmata for years ; too much sun and the leaves begin to crinkle so your positioning is correct . It also appreciates copious amounts of water (preferably rainwater) . If your water is hard you'll be defeating the object of planting in a neutral/slightly acidic soil .

I've found mine to be fairly greedy in its food requisites , and use MiracleGrow as it happens to contain many beneficial trace elements .

Apart from all that it really isn't a problem plant to grow !

PS  One point I forgot to mention ; they're very prone to chlorosis if not fed correctly although Sequestrene normally combats this .

Have been growing one for many many years. It is an east facing bed next to a hedge so dryish. No regular feeding or special treatment. It flowers profusely every year.
