Agree, Sambucus nigra, commonly known as elderberry.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Yeah from what I can see of the foliage it is elder. Totally ripe and cooked berries can be eaten, used to make wine, jam, sauces etc and the flowers can be infused to make cordial. Leaves and wood are poisonous, unripe berries mildly so.
