    I think that’s a Stephanotis,  you need to trail it through a trellis. 
    Ive always kept them indoors as a house plant. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    It’s just growing out of gravel by post hence I wrapped it round that.

    I’m guessing it’s Trachelospermum Jasminoides, Star Jasmine. Stephanotis leaves look more broader.
