Plant or weed?

Hi. Any ideas if this is an actual plant or just a weed? Looks like a lavatera??Not something I’ve put in but looks nice. Thanks.

    Thanks. Is this a perennial; if yes could I move when finished maybe in autumn?

    It is a perennial and therefore can be moved but you can also collect seeds if you allow them to ripen on the plant.
