Pool frog?

This little frog has just arrived in our small garden pond made this year. He/she is very green with a lime green stripe down the back. Googled frogs and it doesn't look like a common frog, maybe a Marsh frog? Heard no croaking though and coming from an area with a lot of Marsh frogs I know what it would sound like.
Sorry, I couldn't get the pic any closer, it jumps straight into the water if I'm too close.

    How exciting!  I think you may be right 😃 🐸. I’ve never seen one ☹️ but I think the dorsal stripe is a strong identifier

    Ive no idea how rare they are in Belgium but they’re very very rare here.

    I'm not sure if they are rare here, I will have to find out was they call them and do some research. There's not so much info available on the web in Belgium. I will try though.
