Flower or weed?

Can anyone please help me identify this plant. I've moved into a new home and trying to identify what's already in the borders before redesigning the garden.  This has more than quadrupled in size over last couple of weeks but I'm not sure what it is? Or where to replant it? Is it friend or foe?

At risk of hedging my bets, @joannekentsmith, I'd say it looks "a bit like" red campion... but could well be something else.  Comfrey?  No sign of flower stems?  At least it's in a pot, so it shouldn't get out of hand before you identify it.   :)
PS pretty wild strawberries... some people don't like the taste, but if you wait until they're really dark red before eating, they get lovely and sweet.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
  • Many thanks,  no sign of flower stems yet.
