Rose identification please

Hi all. I have been trying to identify a rose in my garden for a couple of years now. I bought it quite a few years ago but it was always weak and not very happy. Recently a friend has taught me how to properly look after my roses and they are now amazing. This purple one has a label that says Beetrose but I can't find out anything about it. The buds start as a deep purple and as it opens there are white flashes on the petals and it becomes a soft, gentle purple. 
I'm hoping that someone can help me,

The "Beetrose" label is a bit misleading as it is not the name of the rose but suggests that the supplier was German.

Thank you for your help with this. At least it explains why I could never find info. Still have no idea on what breed the rose is though.
