    The rose. The elephant ears look beautiful on the website but mine are really ugly and not seen hardly any flowers.  Any suggestions

    The bergenia flowers in early spring, so maybe you missed them. 
    If they’re in a sunny spot the leaves usually turn a glorious red in the autumn.
