Does anyone know what this plant is? It's about 3 or 4 feet tall and arrived in my garden of it's own accord! It was a small rosette of leaves in the spring and has just started to flower. Small flies and hoverflies seem to like it.

I think that is Horseweed, Erigeron Canadensis.
