Cup & Saucer Plant (Cobaea scandens)

After seeing an item on the best climbing plants on Gardeners World I invested in some seeds, which seem to have grown very well and are rambling away over my garage wall.  However, there are no signs of any flowers so I am wondering what I have done wrong?  Should they be in flower now?  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I grew those once for my arch, they flowered very late, like around October time, I did t grow them again.

I'd agree - they're quite late flowering. I think they produce an awful lot of foliage too.

I've only grown the white ones, and found them quite difficult to germinate, but once they did, they grew like mad. Mine flowered at about this time of year, or early August, but they were undercover for a long time before planting out.
