Can anyone name this pathetic shrub for me please.  I have had it here for a year or two, but it is obviously struggling.  The flowers are tiny whitish/cream and the leaves on the right are new this year so it is growing....slowly. Thank you.

I think it is a Leucothoe shrub, maybe Fontanesiana.
