Plant I.D. please

I bought this plant about 5 years ago, it flowered one year and not again until this month.
I cannot for the life of me remember what it is. Can anyone help, please.
Insects love it, it's about 12" tall, no fragrance to flower or leaves.

    It looks like a salvia of some sort to me.

    salvia east friesland perhaps?

    Looks more like a Teucrium . H . Purple tails to me.

    That's a new one on me. So glad I added "perhaps" to my suggestion.
