As the title I put a label on it but it’s faded ! I want to say clarkia? But maybe it’s not, help appreciated as I like it and want to try it again!

My son bought me a pack called  'Grow your own'. the leaves very like another plant that we are not supposed to grow!

I’ve got 2 trays of Cleome never pricked/ or planted out, must get round to it in prep for this weekends rain.

My mum gave me one a couple of years ago and I didn't know they were prickly,  but they are very pretty mine was white with a pinky tinge.

But they are prickly @Lyn. they can do it themselves.

Yes a cleome, very pretty... and spikey on the stems, ouch!
I haven't grown them for a couple of years but when I did some of my daughters school friends did whisper in hushed tones "Is your mum growing weed?" 😳

That’s what I hoped for but they never did, they’ve not even got to the prickly stage, hopefully they’ll go on till autumn.

I'm not growing weed but I am growing weeds  😁😉

Those are Cleome.  Mine have already come out. First year with them.
