Angel Wings Plant

I bought this in early spring, since the acer has come into leaf the leaves have grown smaller.  Most of the garden is south facing and for half of the day it does get dappled shade.  Should I move this to a better position?

Mine only get sun half the day and they've romped away the last 2 years. I've pruned them to the soil already to rejuvenate them

Yes @Silver surfer maybe I will try to prune the leaves back to the ground....

I cut the top off a leggy one I had kept indoors because I thought it would get spoiled in the rain! I stuck it in a new pot of compost and it romped away.  The remaining 'side shoots' soon filled in the space.
