Solanum crispum Glasnevin - leaves curling - Help pls!

I planted my potato vine this spring and it was doing really well until about 2-3 weeks ago. Now all the top leaves are curled up, the leaves are growing very thin, and no more flowers are being produced. There are no signs of any aphids or any other bugs but I have sprayed it 3 times with Bug Clear. This hasn’t improved things.
Does anyone have any ideas, please?

If there is not any signs of bugs or leaf curling caterpillars, then it may be a virus.
Look up tomato and solanum leaf curl, there is a pathogene virus that apparently causes similar symptoms.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings.
I do not know enough about it nor time to look it up properly, but it will point you in the right direction. Insects can pass on or move the virus to plants, so although you do not have any bugs they may have transmitted something.

    Good Luck
