Is this little purple flower a weed?

I have in several areas of my garden this little delicate thin little flower plant. I suspect is a weed. 

Any ideas?

    Yes, it is a willowherb. If you let it seed you get millions.

    Yes, it's an epilobium (willowherb) and the fluffy seeds get everywhere.  Best pulled-up the second you notice one.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Looks like willowherb to me.
