Phalaenopsis

I live in Assen, Holland. I have a Phalaenopsis in my bathroom, initially it had a long shoot covered in flower heads. These die an fell off, although the long shoot remained alive. Now thos shoot has developed two small plants much the same as a strawberry runner would. How can I treat these small plants and what must I do to them.
