Could someone please tell me the name of the brilliant red geranium popular in Greece and Cyprus. DH Lawrence wrote a poem about the red germanium and I cannot identify it when I go to garden centres.
I think it’s a Pelargonium that grow wild in the hot countries, here you would have to bring it in for the winter.
I don’t know of a red geranium.
Garden centres will usually have them. Or supermarkets sometimes.

Yes, I agree with Lyn - must be a Pelargonium. Maybe something like this:
'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.'
