That looks a lot like Reseda lutea the Wild Migonette. I have some in my front garden ... gorgeous and loved by the pollinators

I think that's Reseda luteola, aka Weld

Thank you very much. Have been watching it grow and wondering what it was for weeks now! It looks quite impressive at the moment but will probably move it later to the back of a border. No idea where it came from and had never seen it before.
