Clematis heraclifolia?

Got one of these at GC yesterday any advice on position etc? It sounds quite wonderful from the description on the label.

    Hi debs64

    Mine is growing in a mixed border getting several hours of sunshine per day (SW aspect) .
    The roots are partially shaded by nearby plants , although with these herbaceous Clematis I'm not sure that's really necessary .
    I class it as a valuable addition to my garden ; flowering in August when its blue flowers are most welcome !
