Agapanthus - long stems
My agapanthus are flowering for the first time (not grown these before) and the stems are very long with a small bud. The stems are quite rigid but growing out from the pot so can't stake them. Is this usual?
They shouldn't need staking, judging on the ones I've inherited. Maybe you can get a hoop to support them, if they need it.

Have you got them near a wall so they have to lean towards the sun?
