Piccolo tomatoes. Any tips?

This tomato plant is trying to produce tomatoes in 13 different places. Any tips will be great.

It's better not to allow the second stem but because it already happened, I would add support to the second stem and keep both. But I would probably also pinch both of them now so the plant has time and strength to develop the fruit.

Where have you got the piccolo seeds? Are they being sold now (finally) or is it from supermarket tomatoes? If the later, they are F1 variety and probably won't come true from saved seeds.
