Is this ground elder?

I’ve been pulling thi
s out but it has nice flowers! Very white roots so I’m assuming it’s ground elder?

it's not, but IMHO it's just as bad. Can't remember the name but I had it in the garden of a client years ago. Total nightmare

No, but it's just as bad!
Enchanter's Nightshade, aka Circaea lutetiana. I have both and find this harder to pull up than GE, though it moves slightly more slowly.

Almost impossible to get rid of...I tried and failed.
Very extensive pure white roots...see pics
Think it must re grow from broken roots.
