Harvest all new potato’s or leave until needed

Hi, I harvested the first of 6 bags of Belle de Fontenay new potatoes this weekend, they turned out nice. Should I harvest the rest and store them now or leave in the planter bags until needed over the next few weeks? If I should leave them, should I keep watering them as well? The foliage has pretty much died off.

Leave them where they are ,but stop watering.

Yes, they'll keep fresh in the soil, just leave them until you need them.
