Organic treatment for fire blight

Hello everyone, I am wondering if anyone know an effective way to treat fire blight in an established apple tree? The tree is very large and very old and the previous owners haven't treated the problem. I have removed the infected branches and want to spray the tree. I dont want to use a chemical based solution that will damage wild life.
