Unhappy Viburnum Standard

Could anyone recommend what I can do to help this sorry looking plant. I have fed with tomato feed and watered regularly but it looks dreadful!

    It looks like it may be an infestation of Viburnum beetle. There's often a not very nice smell in the area where they are.

    Assuming it is viburnum beetle, yes it will bush out with new growth, but you'll need to do something about the infestation or the same will happen again and eventually weaken your shrub and allow other pests and diseases to get a hold.
    Seaweed extract is a good tonic and will help your plant, but the infestation needs to be addressed too.
