Beautiful blue Bush Identity?

Hi,
I came across this rather lovely shrub with blue flowers.
Can anyone identify this for me? Thank you 😊

    I’m probably wrong but the flower looks a bit like some sort of convulvulus to me.

    There are however two sorts, that bush type and a perennial ground coverer, called even more grandly, ceratostigma plumbaginoides!  You will need to know which one you want before buying it.
