Problem with apple tree

I moved last year and have an apple tree in the garden, don't how old it is or what type of apples, last year had lots of apples but hardly any were suitable for eating, many had brown rot and others had been eaten by bugs.

Gave it a prune in winter to try and give it some shape but I think this will take a few years as did not want to take too much off, gave it an overwinter tree wash, put a grease band on and have put a codling moth trapped up.

But it still does not look healthy, I think it may have have powdery mildew and something else but I'm not sure what, most of the tree is affected, what do I need to do?
