Wondered if anyone can identify this,sorry pic of flower not good,it's leaves are half green and dark reddy brown,,the flowers are delicate little Mauve colour. We are sure it is a wild flower as it grew out from same spot as a coreopsis we rescued from garden centre, and planted in garden,this grew up with it,thanks.

Having said that dove, the flowers in the pics look to big,and different format on the stalk, unless there are variants.

Dove is correct....
There are many different Epilobium sp... common name willowherb.
Not always easy to id from small pics.
Yours maybe Epilobium tetragonum....square stemmed willowherb.
Which ever one it is, it is normally considered a wild flower.

Thanks,having checked them,it very much seems that is the one,not sure whether to get rid, nice looking thing but will probably take over.
