Brick/Blocks for Raised Planters
Hi,
I'm going to start building some raised planters on the sides of my garden which will then be rendered.
I've got a number of high-density concrete blocks which I'm planning to use for this. Looks like 3 blocks may be too high and 2 may be too low.
I have a number of Facing bricks left-over from the building work - will it be OK to use these? looks like they have 15% water absorption when compared to engineering bricks (7%)

As i've already got these, don't really want to spend more to get some eng bricks in if i can avoid it.
