Perennial fuchsia. Should I move it?

B3B3 Posts: 24,505
I have recently planted out a perennial fuchsia but it seems to be a trailing variety. I didn't realise that you could get them.
Anyway, it's spreading horizontally and most of the blooms are resting on the ground. Should I move it or will it sort itself out?
I could move it to the edge of the bed and let it hang over a two foot wall or I could put it in a container I suppose but I'd rather leave it in situ if I can.
Any advice would be appreciated.

They don’t mind being moved just give plenty of water. It needs somewhere it can trail over, wall should be ok, it will still trail on the ground in other directions though.

Thanks @Lyn. I realise that but we'll have to come to an arrangement. It'll have to compromise or it's going back it a pot!

To be honest, it would be better in a pot, stood up on something so it can hang down.

Ok pot it is! I wish I'd checked before I'd bought it. I might put the container in the spot where it had been planted. See. I can compromise too😉 @Lyn
