Aeoniums.

I have several acronyms that are about 2 years old and about 10 - 12 inches tall with a single head.  I know I can cut the top off and then replant but will the original stem regrow a "new" head or do I discard it?? Also will they naturally branch in time to give more rosettes?  Thanks.

Yes, the old stem will resprout and grow several new shoots to form a branched head. I did one of mine late last year, took a while to pluck up the courage, but it has worked and the new head is looking fine now :)
