Need clear close ups.
Very big for Chaenomeles ...japanese quince.
Wrong leaves for Cydonia oblong...true quince.
Maybe a plum tree.
Try cutting an unripe fruit in half to see shape of the stone

The fruits do have a stone so probably a plum. I think I should have recognised that! More pictures to confirm.
