Please can anyone help ? This has emerged and I cant remember if I planted it or if it just appeared!  Does anyone know what it might be? Thank you,

    It did have little catkins on in spring by the way as in the pic

    Goat willow [ Salix caprea] by the look of it. Best to try and get it out before it takes over your border.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
