Spider mites destroying my spruce

Does anyone have any tips on anything that will work to kill these before I lose it?
I've tried Google and it suggested water spray from the hose but this hasn't made any difference. It's been so wet here anyway that if I put any more water on it it'll drown!
Its been looking sad for a month or so. I suspected spider mites all along but now I'm pretty certain as the webbing has appeared.
