Tree Identification

Hey there,

I inherited this tree in my office, and I'd like to figure out what it is so that I can care for it appropriately. Also, is it normal that the leaves seem 'wilted'? I'm careful to water it (including plant food), so hopefully it's not a sign of neglect.

My guess is one of the Dieffenbachias, there are 50+ species.  All toxic - they are commonly called dumb canes.

I think it is a Yucca.
