Hi to one and all, I need some help, it a lost cause and should I pull them up. have been growing Chinese Cabbage 'Grenade'.
All has grown well but over the last week due to torrential rain and now high temperatures it has started to bolt, ie yellow flowers on centre stem. my question is, can you still use the outer leaves to cook like cabbage. should I cut out the centre stem and will it heart up again, or is it a lost cause and should I pull them up. They are growing in a large Veg trug.
Many thanks in advance.

I’d sow some more next week as oriental vegetables down after midsummer have less tendency to bolt.
Cheers,
