 I trod on a newly  planted penstemon a little while ago  
Put  some  troddings  in a glass  of water and one  rooted 

In London. Keen but lazy.

    During last summer's drought, I heard a lady refer to a short, light shower of rain as a "garden teaser".  Another expression which has entered the family dialect.
