To help bluebells spread after flowering is it better to strim or to collect seedpods and plant?

    Just leave the seeds to ripen on the plant and selfseed.

    When they get too congested lift clumps, divide and replant further apart after flowering. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
