Geranium won't flower

RoddersUKRoddersUK Posts: 503
3 years this has been in and never flowered and now is being eaten. Is this a lost cause? Everything around it flowers fine, year after year

The damage looks a bit like flea beetle, though I hVe never see flea beetle on geraniums before.

Here is some info on optimum growing conditions. See if it applies to you.

Hmm, maybe it gets a bit to much day time sun. Maybe I should move it

Could it be this?  Some varieties can handle full sun better than others I believe, do you know what it's name is?  I've got one growing fine in a south facing bed but it is clay soil so doesn't get too dry. I suppose if it's growing conditions aren't optimal it will be more likely to succumb to disease.

Just looked at mine, I have two, been in for years, one in shade one in sun, both got holes like yours, can’t see anything on them except lots of cuckoo spit and I didn’t think that caused any damage.
If they don’t buck up they’re out.  Can’t feel sorry for anything here, no passengers 😀
