Hosta and Digitalis

Having watched the Gardeners World programme last night, I was particularly interested in the Hosta Mini Skirt and the Digitalis Firebird.  Has anyone grown either of these plants and would you recommend them.  How large does the Hosta grow?  The Digitalis was said to be perennial, is this so?

I haven’t got either but I have heard that the perennial foxgloves don’t always survive the winter, but they could do where you live.
I’ll flag up @Hostafan1.  I wonder if he’s got a Mini skirt ,  he’s got a couple of hundred different ones.

  • And I always thought Hostafan was a female - why I don't know.  I don't know how to flag up members on here, so perhaps HE will read your comment, thanks Lyn.

They don’t appear in red until you post the comment.
