Wisteria - seedlings

AgentJRAgentJR Posts: 11
Hi

I’ve managed to grow some Wisteria from seeds (variety unknown) and being a novice I’d love some advice on how to care for them now please.

They are approx 5 weeks old. Please see the attached photo.

Thank you in advance.

You may have to wait several years ( possibly over 10 ) for them to flower. Most wisterias are grafted from previously flowered wood.

I would prick them out and pot on into individual pots . Wisteria grown from seed can take up to 20 years to get to flowering stage, all named variety are grafted on to a root stock which normally flower when they are young.
