Can anyone help identify this plant, it is beautiful but seeds itself like mad? I'm guessing a Euphorbia of some kind but could be wrong.

Possibly but it grows to about to 70-80cm so maybe a bit tall for polychroma.

Morning marktom. Perhaps your plant could be Euphorbia schillingii.
