ID please

So I’ve just found this in my garden, not sure how I’ve missed it because the size is quite impressive. 
I thought it could be a dock but the leaves are actually slightly furry, almost velvety to touch. When normal docks are waxy. 
Sorry pictures aren’t the best, but it’s quite hard to reach.
Any ideas?

    Hi Palestrina ,  I also looked into burdock as my second guess because it was velvety, but the leaf doesn’t connect to the stem the same. Burdock has a cordate leaf and mine doesn’t  🤔  I’m confused haha

    Mystery solved (ish). It’s either a bupthalmum or an inula!

    Bupthalmum has serrated edges to the leaves, so not that.
    Does not look right for Inula either.
    There are ashtrays of emulsion,
    for the fag ends of the aristocracy.
