It looks like something in the Ligularia family to me.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

I'd be very cautious when advising people to eat wild plants. There are regularly cases of people poisoning themselves with plants from the wild which they
think
they know to be edible and aren't.
